A minibread is split so as to hinge open. The minibread's crust is fairly thick, but many believe this is the good thing about gluten-free loaves. Minibreads can be left to reach room temperature in the air, or warmed in a microwave oven or toaster just before serving.
Sour minibread with buckwheat The sourest-tasting of the Moilas Gluten-Free loaves and closer to the taste of traditional rye bread. Has a genuine buckwheat flavour.
Dark minibread Mildest and sweetest-tasting of the minibreads. Rich and dark in appearance, flavoured with plum marmalade, syrup and treacle.
