Moilas Gluten-Free pizza bases are made from rice flour and cornflour. All Moilas Gluten-Free pizzas are pre-baked in a genuine hearthstone oven. They should be baked for about 10-15 minutes in a conventional oven before serving, or until the cheese is browned and the base becomes crisp.
